A 24 hour call out system is in operation which gives our clients a rapid response in the event of an emergency:-
During normal working hours (0800 to 1645 Monday to Thursday and 0800 to 1600 on Friday), the client can call our office on 01452 429820
Outside of our normal working hours, calls will be answered by a dedicated call handler who will take all the relevant details and then contact the relevant on-call service engineer, who will respond as quickly as possible. All calls to this service are logged and reported to the office each morning.
